I'm curious as to which Houses/Kingdoms have no issues with Ladies leading houses. I wish to make my third and final character a Lady of a House so I'm just curious where I would be able to have her.

To name which houses have no problem, is really going to be hard...really. But other houses can't do a thing if a lady leads a house or not. And most of the time men look to this as inferiority compared to tradition, but it happens. Many will be discomforted at this, but others (mostly women and free-thinking men) will be content. But if a woman proves her strength or her will, a empowering trait, etc... then she could easily win over love and content, support and even a change in traditions to follow. A popular example would be Daenerys Targaryen. How she won over an army for free, how to walked through fire unburnt, how she sacked three cities with her army for the sake of her compassion and justice for the slaves, etc.

Dorne would be a good place. In Dorne, women are considered equal to men in succession laws.
