Dear Robb Stark ,

My father has no interest in dealing with you for my brother. But I do. Don't forget that I have Sansa and Arya Stark. The Lannisters will strike back, and harder each time, until you have no more blood to bleed...and Sansa and Arya both have blood to spare.

Cersei read over her letter. She admitted that it hadn't sounded like her, or her father. It was a desperate threat. But she does have Sansa, but not Arya. Or Jaime. If father wouldn't do anything to have him stand by our side, Cersei would. And she could feel the doors closing and the castles around her doming her, growing smaller and smaller.

I suppose you would like to hear my terms. You will release my sisters unharmed and remove all claim to the The Riverlands and the North. Only then will I release your beloved brother. Harm my sisters and I will see that anything they suffer, he will suffer as well.

Robb Knew it was unlikely they would give up so easily and if he was to be honest he wouldn't either.  He just wanted to know his sister where safe before he went after his revenge for their father.  He did not want his sisters caught in the cross fire.
