Several Weeks before the Current Date
Sunspear Harbor
Solan smiled as he waited alone on the deck of one of the ships that he had brought under his command, his soldiers tending to their duties or making sure the rest of the ships Solan had desired to bring were with them. It was odd for him though to be honest, he had never needed to make a decision such as this nor never needed to make certain that he be seen. This was why he stood now facing out to the sea as he waited with no banners for a man that he had been curious to meet. Anders Yronwood, the bloodroyal. A powerful lord whom Solan had asked about and decided to meet for himself. Oh how he would have some joy in dealing with this man but for now.
He was a bit tired though, not from physical exhaustion or the heat, rather tired of not doing as he normally did. Though he suspected there would be several fine texts and flora he could study and research, perhaps there was not but Solan smiled as his head turned to look to the side at a random crewman. "You, bring me the journal i had been reading, red covering, faint inscription on the cover. Keep well to not damage it or you will be left here with no way back to Starfall, is that understood?" He waited for some form of nod or otherwise before turning his head back to looking out over the water as it broke on the hard wood of the ships moving into the harbor.
This was the first steplong moments of planning that had left him with more and more curiosity as he had begun his journey some time already, receiving the response of the one he grew more curious about meeting. Did the Martells know that a Targaryen existed... he wondered... perhaps he should meet with one too, the man named oberyn was an enjoyable man from what Solan had heard though the lust of that man was probably something that made him quite hard to get a meeting with. Perhaps there was something about the Red Viper of Dorne that Solan did not take into account... perhaps he was underestimating what it could be that would garentee this. So many curious things to be wondered. "I also want a letter send to Oberyn Martell as soon as possible, deliver it yourself..." He spoke as the crewman returned with the journal, carefully handing it to Solan as he opened up to the page that he had left off on. The Journal was that of another dayne, and the discovery of the fallen star.
